Focus on Safety: The training reinforced the importance of safety, not only for the person being restrained but also for the individual applying the restraint. This focus helped build confidence in using these techniques responsibly.

Great course with lots of interaction linking the theory to the practice from Level 1. I learnt 14 breakaway skills which I felt confident in performing after the course and Liam ensured I felt confident in completing the course. I think all staff members should receive this training who work in an acute setting
