Some of it I can use but we don't have any physically aggressive customers at the base I regularly work at. There are some other bases I do occasional shifts at where there are mildly physically aggressive customers, but it's not often they are.
Jack explained and demonstrated everything really well. Have come away confident that I can use skills shown effectively if needed

Some parts of training were not applicable to our client but trainer was very friendly enthusiastic and welcoming all instructions and info well presented overall enjoyed the course
