The course was brilliantly delivered but it probably needs 2 days as there is a lot to go through for learners to really grasp it.Response : Hi Bea, thank you for your feedback and really glad you enjoyed the training. If you are completing level 3 of the course, your trainer will go through physical skills again as a reminder and you will have an annual refresher to continue to support you

Liam was very professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Liam is a credit to Sherwood training and the PBS course I attended. Had a great time! Great way to learn new skills.
