The course was well structured and the facilitator Ben did an excellent job in its delivery. It help me understand bases line behaviours , setting events cues that would enhance my work to give positive behaviour to all people I provide care for.

The course was well structured and Liam tailored it very well to our professions and was very un and friendly. He was also very accommodating for me as a neurodivergent person who was stimming and slightly overstimulated.
