Very informative, I know feel more confident when dealing with challenging behaviour and feel I have a better understanding of why people may behave in that manner. Overall Ben provided an excellent training session which I can put into practice during my home and working day.

Genuinely brilliant course. Ben was engaging and interactive, ensuring we understood the material. I learnt a lot that I will use both at work and at home. We had a giggle too which always makes training more memorable. Thank you. Looking forward to level two

The course was amazing, alot of valuable information that makes you think about your own practice and approach to patients. It gives you knowledge of how to engage with different people which is beneficial to working in healthcare. The trainer Ben was very welcoming and kept the course interactive to ensure that positive engagement was kept. I have realised that our team are already completing some PBS without even realising.Response : Hi Danniel. Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you found the course informative and reflective of practice, and that it supported understanding of engagement approaches within healthcare. It’s also good to hear that Ben’s welcoming and interactive style contributed positively to the session. We hope the session provides ongoing support for your role.

Useful practical tools to use in practice. Could be used with both staff and patients. Ben kept everyone engaged and was good fun which helped the course flow. Tea and coffee would have been good.

Brilliant! Ben was fantastic, I learnt a lot! The autism segment was amazing, I learnt things I never knew before which is so important as I would never have the opportunity to learn these things! Everyone who works with people needs to do this course!

Incredibly engaging and very experienced tutor. Knows how to engage with the different people that were on the course and presented the material in an easy but highlighting the importance of learning how to communicate and de-escalate situations with patients while enhancing the care for them. Thoroughly enjoyed the person-centered approach to patients he taught. Thank you!Response : Hi Konstantina. Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you found the session engaging and that Jack’s experience supported your learning. It’s also good to hear that the focus on communication and a person-centred approach was clear and relevant to practice. We hope that attending the course will continue to support you within your role.
