Had a swell 8hrs learning on PBS. It was a very interesting and interactive section. The tutors Ben and Andy did a great job and I would always love to attend.

Ben was really engaging, which kept the day flowing and myself able to learn. I leaned so much about human behaviour and how to spot the signs and cues and what options and flexibility we can approach with. I would 100% suggest to others and continue this learning in practise. Please get comfy chairs if ever possibel

Highly engaging, informative and very pertinent to staff , I will encourage my teams to book onto this training ,and I will book onto the second day , it’s vital that you highlight staffs attitude in their approach to patients who need to be understood

The course has provided mw with valuable information and changed the way I will support patients, view behaviours of concerns and respond accordingly in a manner that is consistent and respectful to patients Also how I can promote independence and positive behaviours
