Course was very informative and provided lots of room to express opinions and learn new stragegies in a very professional respectful way. Jack was a brilliant trainer got everyone participating and was extremely knowledagble.

Very good delivery, was thoroughly interesting throughout. Only issue was about organisation of the course. Arrived and parked onlt for recprion to state could not park in the car park.
