Overall I thought the course was very interesting and engaging I have learnt alot. Ben is a great teacher in what he does and Im going to apply these techniques into my working life as a district nurse. Useful to learn alternative theories on how to engage people with behaviours of concern. Also a good reminder that simple strategies are often the best. Sometimes we get lost with all the things that we have to do as part of an assessment that we forget the basics.
