Overall I thought the course was very interesting and engaging I have learnt alot. Ben is a great teacher in what he does and Im going to apply these techniques into my working life as a district nurse. I feel everyone that works in healthcare would benefit from this training and if applied correctly into work it will make such a positive impact on patients life.

Great course. Ben made it really engaging. Throughout the course, he made me think about my everyday practice and the types of patients I could help using the PBS model. Will definitely recommend the course and Ben. Thanks so much Ben!

Useful to learn alternative theories on how to engage people with behaviours of concern. Also a good reminder that simple strategies are often the best. Sometimes we get lost with all the things that we have to do as part of an assessment that we forget the basics. This has reminded me to start with the basics when I am working with people who have behaviours of concern
Response : Thank you, Claire. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear the course offered valuable insights into approaches for supporting people with behaviours of concern and reinforced practical strategies that can be applied in everyday practice.

This is definitely going to help me understand and provide better care for my patients. I loved the fact that the session was interactive and fun. Thank you
