All sections are informative and understanding. Interactive sessions are very good.

Ben ensured the course was engaging. Showing us examples on how to use this within our practice. I believe this will help me within my area to manage behaviours and attitudes.

Kim was informative and involved staff in the delivery. She delivered the content well and appeared to know what she was discussing rather than just reading off slides. She had answers to questions that we posed and directed us where to go. The content has really helped with understanding the importance of PBS and I felt that Kim helped to engage us with that.
