I felt the training was very informative, and it had given things for me to add to my practice however at times it felt repetitive and felt like it could’ve have been a shorter day which made my attention span lack at times. Overall it was a good dayResponse : Hi Misturah. Thank you again for your valuable and appreciated feedback. We’re glad you found the training informative and that it provided ideas to support you within your role. We appreciate your note about some parts feeling repetitive; these elements are included intentionally as key points to reinforce learning and understanding. We value this feedback and will continue to use it to support ongoing course development and teaching. The course timings are set in adherence to the RRN training standards, but we will review your comments to see how we can accommodate this point and further support future sessions. Thanks again.

This was a useful course which can be implemented in my clinical area. It was good to have group discussions and gather other people’s ideas. There is no improvement. Overall this was useful and I have learnt quite a lot.

Fairly straight forward training. Didn’t feel it required a whole day however, as some parts were focused on far too long.

Rachael was a great trainer - covered lots of topics and applied these to our individual services and experiences. Spoke clearly and mode was accessible for all, regardless of the service/experience we all had as a group. I struggle to sit still in training for too long, would've liked more frequent breaks (we only had 1 15 minute break in 3.5 hours which I found difficult).
