The course was informative, engaging, and highly relevant to my role. Not appropriate for online as it would be missing the engaging/ interactive element I gained a better understanding of behaviour as communication and how to respond proactively. The training reinforced the importance of early intervention and person-centred support. Clear, well-structured content with practical examples I can apply immediately
