Very informative course which has helped me to understand PBS in a way I didn’t know about before.
Course was very informative and provided lots of room to express opinions and learn new stragegies in a very professional respectful way. Jack was a brilliant trainer got everyone participating and was extremely knowledagble.

The course was very comprehensive, full of useful information and group activities that made me think, and was a good opportunity to share experiences. I am hoping to implement the strategies as soon as possible. I am looking forward to completing levels 2 and 3 in the future.
