It was very educating and made me do a lot of reflections

The course was amazing, learnt some new things about why people act the way they do and also realised there is a reason for why they do, the course was packed with so many useful informations and how to better relate with Patients/ colleagues and other people

Ben was brilliant. I've learnt to understand people's behaviours and the factors causing behaviours of concerns. This session is actually beneficial professionally and personally in understanding people's behaviours in the family and communities. Thanks Ben 👍

Ben was extremely helpful/ptofessional/fun involved everyone in every discussion and was clear in his presentations.

The facilitator was really good and experienced and I learnt a good way to distract and engage positively with my patients. Some challenging behaviour are sometimes ways of communicating their issues and I really need to listen actively to understand what they are trying to pass across. It was very impactful. I really enjoyed my time.
