Training was very informative, trainer was very professional in all aspects and gave lots of information on the day.

The course was designed well and contained lots of relevant information that was laid out clearly and in a way that made sense. Kim was a great trainer, she cleared things up that I got confused about, knew how to give relative examples that applied to the course and our place of work and worked efficiently so, keeping training engaging and interesting. Kim presented the course well blending with practical experiences to enrich the content. Apart from that she offered time for the trainees to share their experiences to better understand the concepts in the course.
