Very Informative and I have developed more confidence
Dan was very informative and took the time to encourage sharing of experiences He continued to bring the sessions back to the impact and effects our shared experiences may have of behaviour and how we should react or aim to prevent these

Very effective session .. learned lots about positive behaviour support . It was a great self reflection session as well. I feel much more confident in dealing with with my staff patients and of course my day to day life
The training has been very fun, interactive and engaging throughout and I found it really enjoyable!
