Ben has been incredibly engaging and the course content has been really interesting and relatable to our roles within the NHS. Although some of the information give has been something I have been aware of it has been good to have those thoughts validated and to be able to share the experience with my colleagues has been rewarding. I’m certainly interested in attending the second day. The use of evidence base and his own experiences has made today a turkey engaging course - which is not always the case!Response : Thank you, Helen. Ben was very engaging with the team. He explained everything clearly with examples. He made the course fun and interactive. The booklet is useful for reference and make additional notes. Would recommend the course.

Lots of information, techniques and strategies. Helped with understanding behaviours that be challenging. Enjoyed the format of the course with group work and the interactive elements. This was done in a very non threatening way as can be daunting for quiet folks

Ben was very engaging. Kept my concentration for 8 hours because he set the tone for the group. He mentioned lots of engaging examples, and brought things up throughout the session which he had mentioned previously to help us understand further and implement it.Response : Thank you, Charlotte.
