This was such an amazing and inspiring training. It's definitely taught me a lot about how setting events can impact a person's ability to react and respond to certain situations. I'll definitely be using the arousal model with my service users. Kirsty and Miranda were fantastic and it was amazing to hear real life stories about how practitioners can impact service users.Response : Thank you, Ella.
