Ben was brilliant , i was concerned of the length of time the course run and if it would hold my attention....but can honestly say it was a fun course and Ben was brilliant with his delivery. Lots of laughs had but feel i have a differant way of how i aproach the people i support .

The course was much needed for my work place. A lot of informations, tips and practical ways to deal with behaviours of concern. The trainer was very knowledgeable. He made everyone engage with the content.
