Ben was really helpful and the course was easy to engage in the full day of training. Ben was happy to answer any questions and go through in full detail all the information we required to get through to pass the course

Today’s course was 10/10, it was really engaging and interesting to learn about PBS. Ben made it easier to focus by being interactive, engaging and still giving us useful information which we can use in the future. This was by far the best session I’ve ever had as it wasn’t boring and the person wasn’t reading off a screen. I fully recommend this session.

It was very engaging and interesting. It has made me think more deeply about human behaviours and how sometimes little things like asking “what’s wrong” can change the outcome of a situation. It has taught me that just like me, other people have also got reasons for their behaviours. It will be so helpful to apply it in my day to day life especially at work working with young people. thanks a lot!
