Ben was amazing at leading this session. He engaged us all and used an interactive learning approach. We were all involved and contributed to this session thanks for ben and his learning style of asking us questions and team work styles. I feel i have learned so much from this session, thank you Ben!

Really helpful and informative

The course was helpful in understanding how behaviour is communication, and how we as nursing staff can implement change and adapt to meet everyone’s needs. The trainer was great and helped me to understand in detail how to deescalate situations.

Really informative course, kept the group involved in discussions throughout the whole day, including doing teamwork exercises together to engage everyone. Increased my knowledge and understanding of PBS so I can implement this in my practice. Thank you

Very good session . Provides a structured training to deal with difficult behaviours

Class was good. The Arousal theory was much informative.

Jack was engaging, thoughtful & provoked interesting conversations around behaviour. Provided relevant examples to different aspects of PBS which made the learning process better.

The training was great. A lot of information to take in ... intensive day. The trainer is absolutely brilliant. A plethora of knowledge and interestingly excellent in delivering the training. The suggestion I have, which I mentioned to Jack : if possible, change of pens to the ones with cap or rotating. It will be helpful to get away from the clicking sounds ( that might be uncomfortable for some) .
