l found the training helpful but too long.Could do with being a little shorter .

Ben was extremely helpful/ptofessional/fun involved everyone in every discussion and was clear in his presentations.

The facilitator was really good and experienced and I learnt a good way to distract and engage positively with my patients. Some challenging behaviour are sometimes ways of communicating their issues and I really need to listen actively to understand what they are trying to pass across. It was very impactful. I really enjoyed my time.

I found the Positive Behaviour Support course informative, engaging, and relevant to my role. The content was presented clearly and helped me develop a better understanding of the principles of PBS and how they can be applied in practice. The trainer was knowledgeable, approachable, and encouraged participation throughout the session. Fantastic trainer - Ben I appreciate 😀
