Course was engaging, fun and informative. Brilliant and a refreshing change to ‘death by PowerPoint.’

The course was very informative and thorough. I took a PBS equivalent course a few years ago, but it mostly focused on self defense techniques. I enjoyed this course because it focused on positive behaviors and de-escalation techniques.

Practical and enjoyable. English is my third language but I was still able to understand and enjoy the most of Ben’s training. Thanks a lot.

The course was really useful to my role in community healthcare. I found that Ben was knowledgeable about the subject, using real-world examples where he used respectful language about people he has previously worked with in clinical roles. I am pleased that this training is being used to encourage more people to use these techniques within their roles to deescalate behaviour rather than using restrictive or restraining methods.

Response: Thank you, Claire. We really appreciate your thoughtful feedback and are pleased to hear the course felt relevant to your role in community healthcare. It’s great to know Ben’s knowledge, respectful approach and use of real-world examples supported your learning, particularly around the importance of de-escalation and least restrictive practice.

Really enjoyed today’s training. Very transferrable for work as well as personal life. Impressive to understand the science and studies to have built. Able to apply the knowledge to real life scenarios in work as well as well social experiments. No complaints whatsoever.

Today was great. We covered a lot of information and the pace was just right. Will be taking away useful strategies to use with clients (and family!) Ben was really engaging and the interest of the group was sustained. Thank you
