I dont think you should be allowed to do the superuser unless you have refreshed with the introduction to share point. Also a short video ahead of the course to go over the basics would help. tutor was really good, patient and kind but felt I wasted her time. There were only 3 of us on the course.

The course could have been delivered in 1 day. Some group excercises not explained properly.

Would have expected more content but it was nice to have space and time to meet people. Would’ve liked a little less group work

Enjoyed the course. Sometimes found it difficult to relate it back to our industry.

There was lots of things I learned, but with it being a beginner course there was a varying range of 'computing' abilities so sometimes the pace was quite slow.

Public sector organisations are under extreme pressure to respond to deep structural / social issues and we need to become more agile and efficient. Courses like these present some truisms (pay attention to staff) but have little impact unless tailored to our environment. I think I made the point on the day but...CONTEXT AWARE CONTENT PLEASE.
