It's super hard to stay engaged over zoom for lengthy periods of time, but all things considered I think Natalie ran the session well, and made good additional observations on top of what the attendees said
The mixed nature of the conference took away from its value, from a virtual attendee's perspective. I am sure it was amazing in person - but I did not enjoy it as much as last year's as a virtual attendee.
I wish we had been told everything we learnt today, right at the start of the course.
Some new concepts learnt. many more wishes to be accomplished.
Might be helpful for someone who has never ever heard of minutes and has no idea what minutes are, but I'm not sure it has gone beyond common knowledge. Would have liked to learn specific ways to take minutes.
Good beginning course for leadership, need to build more if it need to cater for senior leaders. Half day network days were not particularly helpful. However the best thing is the access to fuse platform, it is an excellent resource to have for life long so that people can dip in and out as we would need this in future. Good coaching type of moderation and learnt a lot from Paul and how he involves everyone.
Course today has not felt so applicable to my clinical role with elements seeming more relevant to specific issues rather than the broader issues faced, but maybe will need to use and see impact.
Would like the training to be more company specific. Also, would like to be more hands on so that we are actually creating Teams groups or SharePoint folders and actually see how file sharing works.
The pace was a bit fast at times and I felt I was catching up at times and missed things
