Would have liked fewer break out rooms with such a small group. Did seem to be the same people speaking up each time.

Very informative. Rapid overview. Sometimes information on large screen a bit 'busy' and hard to work out quickly which bit we were supposed to be looking at.

Most of the content was a reminder / refresher for me, but it was useful to get a good overview, and have some of my questions answered.

The training was very good, lots of chances to participate/practice. The only thing that would improve it for me were if you could have copies of the screenshots so you could have something to refer back to after the training

Darren was a very patient trainer and good humoured trainer which I very much appreciated.

Really well run, slowly explained technical processes in a simple way and was patient with some trainers when needed to be

The course was good. I would have liked some training notes to take away to refer back to. There was a lot of doing (which was great) but no time to take notes. Although it wasn't terribly long, it felt quite intensive.

Thought the course and Darren were really helpful in new tips and tricks as well as understanding the overarching basics of Microsoft 365
