Jo did a fantastic job with delivering the training. She made it feel light and relaxed but at the same time was able to keep to the schedule. She made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the training experience and clearly she has lots of experience when it comes to training and the subject matter. I thoroughly enjoyed the training over the past 2 days and I feel that Jo made that possible. She did a fantastic job.
