Excellent day, lots to think about and try

Course was quite reflective, evenly paced, and relevant. It didn't feel rushed, everyone was give an opportunity to share (if they wished).

I like the fact that the course is open ended with lots of discussion. It does not necessarily answer the questions however it helps us reflect and get to solutions through our own thinking and rationale. It does then give you practice advice through the pre-work etc that you can put into practice straight away.

Great practical introduction to liberating structures - lots of chances to practice the techniques and to reflect on how to incorporate them

Overall Good and informative

Really great day, that helped us to better understand each other, and where we are at on our journey. The work on Phy Safety really helped to surfice where key challenges lie and how best we can move the Trust agenda forward.
