The course was thorough and Paul was very good at involving all participants and checking on progress. Demonstrations were clear and well-paced, with plenty opportunities for questions.

Serena was an excellent trainer, making time for everyone's queries and going over complex areas again when required. The exercises were comprehensive and helped with understanding the concepts.

A really good session, with lots examples to use out side of the session. Lots of things to reflect on. It has made me stop and really think about how people perceive me.

A really useful day, expertly facilitated by Jo. She enabled us to really get to grips with why we were there and asked really good follow up questions to get more detail on what we we said, holding us accountable for our comments. The pace was good, everybody got a chance to say what was on their mind and we bonded well as a team.

Extremely engaging actually. Very thought provoking and fascinating. Quite a lot of link with one's personality, plus other personal factors make this quite an emotional experience - both for the individual and sharing that of our course peers.
