I found the Daphne's style of lecturing to be thought provoking and inspiring and it sparked m interest in exploring more i did enjoy the session and will try putting it into a small gardening project i plan on starting this summer.

Good session for first half, sessions about stress managment less useful in that no specific support

Sometimes difficult to hear what other staff were saying during the session Really liked the ice breaker, and the small group work was good too The pre-session questionnaire was a good tool. That in itself made you think about what you do and why

I feel more confident using Excel more efficiently and quickly following the training. The learning will not stop there though as I will continue to improve my skills on Excel after the new knowledge I have gained. Thank you very much Sal, you are a wonderful Trainer!
