The morning was much to basic for me , but the afternoon was really good.

Enjoying the course; just wonder if a hybrid of some face to face and online would work going forward. It's a long day on Zoom - facilitated well, but still long.

A great session today, really useful recap on some essential excel functions.

Very clear and and engaging, covering the core principles of minute taking for different types of meetings. Incorporated some useful practice and had a good number of attendees with relevant experience who could share their own learnings.
