I have enjoyed the course. Its covered territory that I already knew quite a lot about. However, I found the pattern that we went through the material helpful. I recognise it more looking back than I did looking forward. I can actually identify the times when the learning has changed my behaviour. Thats interesting and its unusual. I think its because the course challenges / offers suggestions and then it gives time to try them out. In the past I have found myself overwhelmed with new ideas, but fail to actively implement them.
