Difficult topic on which we could go on for hours probably. Information was very interesting and well-founded.

An interesting introduction I don’t really enjoy the pair and share activities. But still informative.

This was really thought provoking and interesting. It made me challenge some of my approach to things and introduced different perspectives as well as practical advice and techniques to put into practice

Really enjoyed the session today, and I thought it was great how Paul was firm but fair with involving everyone by directly asking for input and contributions. It meant I remained engaged throughout, and also got to have my say when I may not otherwise have spoken up so I think it was really beneficial for the group to be nudged to contribute. Felt like a safe space to discuss and some useful takeaways that can be put into practice now!

Lots of takeaways and examples to use in real life

I thought it was really good and thought provoking. I could have possibly gone a bit faster or had more time with the facilitator giving advice versus listening to other people's views after tasks but that's not a huge issue

Although a long term user of Slack, there was still things of interest, especially in listening to other people's questions and comments. The time went very quickly, I was surprised we'd hit 3:30pm
