Jayne Constantinis was a wonderful guest speaker who delivered excellent content to boost confidence and communication skills. It was exactly what I was looking for in this course and was well equipped with tangible resources.

It felt rushed. And having a printout not matching slides didn’t help

Good exercises

The training was good and it covered areas that I expected it to cover, I wondered whether there was too much cramped in one day.

Good Course, a bit basic and most sections were not relevant to my line of work

It's super hard to stay engaged over zoom for lengthy periods of time, but all things considered I think Natalie ran the session well, and made good additional observations on top of what the attendees said

The mixed nature of the conference took away from its value, from a virtual attendee's perspective. I am sure it was amazing in person - but I did not enjoy it as much as last year's as a virtual attendee.

I wish we had been told everything we learnt today, right at the start of the course.

Some new concepts learnt. many more wishes to be accomplished.

Might be helpful for someone who has never ever heard of minutes and has no idea what minutes are, but I'm not sure it has gone beyond common knowledge. Would have liked to learn specific ways to take minutes.
