Liked the trainer and she was great at making everyone feel comfortable. It got better as time went on, but i did find it a little bit rushed at the start and hard to keep up. But perhaps that was just me!
I enjoy the time in breakout rooms talking to others and learning about different roles and leadership styles. This is mirroring another leadership course that I am enrolled on within my Trust (Horizons) so feel that it is repeating this so don't feel I am learning lots of new things but this is validating what I have recently learnt. I will value the networking

I didn't feel that the introductions were needed and what we wanted from the course as it is called effective minute taking and that is what I wanted. The last half hour is what I was looking for and would have liked to have more of that all the way through so we could have a practice. We only got to do that once.
Great facilitator and useful to hear from colleagues outside my area.
The facilitator was clear, good, and attentive, asking more than once if we had any doubts or questions about the topics covered during the training, although I would have preferred more practice moments. In my opinion, this training should be better delivered in a classroom.
It’s nice guide to work in a better way. But some ideas feel like a bit hard to implement considering the way organisations work.
