Nicky’s training to date has been one of the highlights of my professional year as it has been so helpful and informative. Engaging all of the team without vilifying behaviour is so valuable, it allows us to be vulnerable but productive.

Trainer made sure everyone was involved and went to check on indivduals throughout the day. Was able to achieve objectives as well as learn additional shortcuts and quicker way of doing things on a day to day

This was a fantastic course! I loved having a smaller group so we could all get incredibly involved and comfortable with one another. The trainer was very approachable and have incredible useful and practical feedback that we could use in other examples both in the course and beyond
