Sal was very engaging and used real examples from our data, she made me feel comfortable and I learnt a lot.

Another fantastic training day, Sal is a fantastic trainer who involves everyone in the room and ensures she gives enough time to each individuals questions relating to real life working situations where we use excel.

Exceeded my expectations, really useful information, and guidance on how to get the best out of excel. Pace was excellent, and Gill was great at taking us through the day.

Some of the applications will not necessarily be relevant for me but you never know! The pace was brisk which was good but it can be easy to fall behind/get lost

I didn't know what to expect but it was very useful and informative. It has begun to shape the way I think about mental health but also practically the best/ most useful way to support others.

Really enjoyed how interactive the course was, and the reading material is really helpful!
