Daphne was a brilliant tutor and involved all learners during the session. At no point did I feel that I was asking a stupid question. She was happy to go back over something if anyone was struggling so everyone felt that they had a good understanding.

I did the training from home and I felt I needed to do it in the office, so I could see the facilitator's screen and my own. However, she was happy to wait and allow me to catch up. From home the screen was and the images was hard to see. So, for me, I would recommend that course is office base unless you have a large screen at home.
