Great day... some tricks to help out with work
Another great session with Jo and the team. Great to hear that Margaret has been asked by her Board to take on the interim Chief Exec role. I think its a testament to Jo and the course, with Margaret clearly considering how she can apply what she has learnt into her new role. I'm sure Margaret will agree that the course has helped her to get into this position. I know of at least four of us who have been promoted since we started the level 7 (Margaret, myself, Joe, and Killian), and I personally attribute a large part of this to confidence I have gained in my leadership skills, which has come from the course. Great talk from Donna Hall. I was able to take away useful tools from her talk, and later Jo's presentation, to use today in a stakeholder/partnership meeting, which was a success :D
It was really good, the facilitator gave those ahead some little extra tasks whilst those who were a little bit behind were catching up.
Overall, I enjoyed this training course and was very helpful in learning new and more efficient ways of using excel. I believe this is the future of processing data, and Happy are making it one step easier!
Overall, it was a helpful workshop and allowed me to learn new shortcuts and formulas that can be useful within my future workings. Moreover, it will allow myself to become more efficient within my current role
Really great course on a fascinating subject. Really feel that I could pick this up and try some things - and I'm usually useless at Tech! But this does suit my learning style really well and I have valued this training.
