very easy to follow and understand understanding has increased with report writing and feel more equipped to write future reports recommend to colleagues

Was very interesting and useful and helped me rethink what I was doing within the first few minutes of the course. I found the first half more useful, but it was all delivered well and was useful information. The spelling was less relevant for me as I spell check everything with word, but I found the grammar useful and I was never bored.

Amazing course, done at a good pace with a very friendly and approachable instructor. I was able to pick up on many useful and practical outlook techniques (that were completely new to me) which I can now apply to my new job.
