Daphne was absolutely brilliant training us today.

Great facilitation - it was clear that the facilitators really understood the topic well.

I enjoyed it the course and will take away wild tea, 3w and 124 all especially going forward and feel will make the team more involved in future decision making. I felt some learners were naturally more interactive than others and felt needed to gap fill at times pending on group was in. just the excell SS that was confusing and seemed very jargon like.

I found it difficult initially to keep up! I sometimes entered a breakout room having no idea what I was supposed to be talking about because I hadn't yet digested the information.

All good stuff.

I find the training informative, well structured, helpful and interactive. Small group so it was easy for everyone to get involved.

Excellent course - Gill adapted flow of session to meet our needs and was able to explain all the questions we had. The pace of the session was excellent and there was opportunity to try out what we had learnt, practice and then return to it if we had any issues.

Fab !! very uplifting and positive enjoyed all
