Excellent day. The facilitator created a lovely well balanced and open environment. This just naturally encouraged us all to join in.

I did do the training before and did this one as a refresher so was very helpful as I still hadn't saved any documents to sharepoint before now. Having a small group was great too.

I like how skills are coupled with theory throughout the course, with firm examples given to back it up.

Very good - went quickly, good involvement and structure overall.
