It was brilliant to get the team together and comfortable with being vulnerable. Nicky is a great facilitator who can adapt to the teams input and direction of the training.

Have learnt lots of valuable tips and tools in a really relaxed learning environment. Was a really lovely group of people. The course was less intense and a lot more relevant to me than I'd imagined it would be.

A really well structured course - Rachael is clearly very knowledgeable and there was ample opportunity to ask questions. I found the use of breakout rooms useful, it kept the days engaging and informative throughout.
