Natalie was an excellent facilitator and enjoyed the session

The course was great and I learned a lot. A bit fast paced at times, but the trainer used the time wisely to teach as much as possible and was always happy to answer questions. This is my second Excel course with Happy and I would very much recommend them.

Very friendly trainer and the guidance was clear and well-paced. The content of the course was good for what I needed. As well as learning some new functions in Excel, I also picked up some useful handy hints. It's quite a long day - maybe splitting the course into 2 half days would be better.

Good interaction never feel that you have to speak.

The office layout from the moment the lift doors open, gives a positive vibe and sets the mood for the day. The staff are very welcoming and makes you feel at ease. The classroom is bright and airy with a good vibe.

Initially I felt slightly anxious about starting this course and I was thinking about dropping out. However, following the completion of today I am feeling much more confident and I am looking forward to attend the next training day and completing the tasks and assignment. Being dyslexic the Visual information with yellow background is perfect. The pace was good and I love the group work. DJ is an excellent facilitator that ensured he included everyone so that their voice was heard, thank you.
