Very Good

It is very hands on and fast paced, but easy to follow as long as you are focused.

Rachael is a great facilitator and brought very interesting and useful insights. I was very interested in the liberating structures, so will try to find out more techniques for myself online. I like the way she used the knowledge of the room combining it with her own insights and recommendations.

Really good course and Nicky was amazing

Sal was extremely engaging and helpful. I learnt a lot of useful techniques and tips from the session.

Valuable learning about my own behaviours that I initially thought were positive team leader values but in retrospect may allow my team/colleagues to take ownership or give them space to fulfil.
