connectivity a huge issue and wonder whether functionality of Teams may be better?

overall the course was good and i would recomend it to colleagues.

It was a useful course and well-paced. Not much content for a whole-day course but perhaps that's useful for people with different levels of understanding and practice. The facilitator was well-knowledgable, patient and friendly.

The course was an excellent introduction to project management. It was pitched at just the right level for the attendees. Rachael was an engaging presenter, she made sure everybody was involved and managed the pace of the day perfectly.
