I really liked Rachael's style of facilitating and the topics that she covered are very useful for our work. However, it was a pity that we had to cover the second part (Planning to Support Capacity Building) so fast and couldn't discuss more.

Paul knew his subject well and was very pleasant and informative

It was good to speak with people and get a feel of everyone's thoughts, and people feeling similar and that I am not alone

I found the course very positive. It did not provide solutions to specific problems (but was never sold on that basis) but it did provide 'sign posts' to and techniques on how to identify and manage the causes of my anixety and stress.

I liked the course. For some reason the Zoom platform does not work particularly well on my machine. needed to log in and out a few times and could not use some of the features.
