Great session very informative, enjoyed the collaboration.

I have undertaken online courses in the past which have been stagnant and hard to concentrate. This cause has been very interactive and the facilitator, Paul, has kept engagement and included everyone in the group to partake.

Sal was very helpful, involved and informative. I think that I learned a lot from the course, and I would like to come back to take more in future if possible. My knowledge has definitely improved. I also feel more comfortable with using Excel because I know more of the principles behind it.

Would benefit from starting at 9 and finishing at 3.30

Excellent couple of days. Paul was a top notch facilitator and really used his years of knowledge to guide the space well. I enjoyed the light and shade of talking through principles and then putting them into practise.

too long between sessions would have preferred it all together

I have enjoyed the course and feel like I have gained more reflection skills. I feel this would be better delivered face to face and with all the struggles in the NHS with change having additional focus on this could be helpful.

Very useful course, and I feel more confident going into my management role. The facilitator created a welcoming and non judgemental space, and had a calm presence.
