I thought this particular day was very well structured, with time and space for small group learning and reflection being very useful

I would definitely come back to watch the recorded sessions. we discussed about many things all these 4 days.

Exceeded my expectations.

this wasnt the right course for me, but it was well run and well instructed!

My main feedback was that it was difficult to follow the teams screen as well as work on my own document. (i tried splitting my screen but this wasn't great and so i had to go back and forth between the windows which slowed me down) If the course took place in a training room then one could look up at the facilitators screen and back down to their computer to check their progress. However with screen sharing the ability to each have a go and share our workings was something that would not happen in a traditional classroom environment.

Really enjoyed the day and made me think about other ways in which I can develop my team.

The timing and gap between the two days could have been managed better, however, that was an issue from our HR. The lunch email didn't arrive, (apparently went into junk). If I had been aware that a lunch email would arrive, I would have looked out for it. No checking was done by our HR or Happy, but luckily lunch was adequate, as were the other treats.

very useful course with practical tips

The course was paced well and provided a chance to reflect on communication styles, EDI, personal branding and my journey.

A good refresher course for Excel. I have been inspired to learn more.
