Paul was really nice, engaging and knowledgable.
I think we were all expecting some kind of fix to report writing, here's a template, use this and off you go. It would appear that actually these things are very fluid and inter changable depending on your audience, which was really useful to discuss and realise.
All in all it was a very well led training session and I've certainly taken a few thoughts and ideas away from the experience.
Paul was great and engaged the group well. I think the training is useful but feels a little more aimed at those who have little report writing experience - as an intro to report writing.
It was a brilliant day, but I feel I would have gotten more out of the day or indeed the whole course if at least some of it had been face to face.
My initial objective was to learn how to lead a team, but the training does not tell you how to lead a team but gives you the tools to adapt. which is good but takes time to adapt and practicalise
Good course, would prefer it in a hybrid way so some in person time so group forms better and networks more.
Ben is a fantastic teacher and it's very clear that he really enjoys and engages with the content. He's given me a lot to think about
