Great session, really got me focus on how to maximize my strengths to be a motivator and multiplier, but also being conscious and checking on my accidental diminishers

It would have been okay if the access to the pre work activities are easy to navigate through as it was complex to locate some of the pre work activities. The course was interactive and engaging as everyone had opportunity to participate in one way or other. I think there should be a form of certificate of completion of NHS EFCCL Leadership course.

I found the training very informative. It did take me out of my comfort zone on occasions but it was nice to work with colleagues that you don't normally see on a daily basis.

Very good so far, I look forward to the other sessions.

The trainer did very well but the content and delivery timing of the course was difficult because some of the attendees were probably more suited to the introductory course.

Lots of useful tips, very well explained.
