Sal did a great job of including everyone in the session and not leaving anyone behind if they got stuck. She was very knowledgable and patient with the differing personal objectives that we had. I liked how visual the course was and interactive despite it taking place online.

Online today which is always more challenging than f2f engagement. Session was informative and i learnt a lot from others, quite difficult to stay engaged as way out of my comfort zone

good to revisit these themes with a different facilitator than in previous NHSBT courses I do find it difficult to be on a call for a full day even with breakout rooms

Great first session, lots of take homes Pace was just right. I found going in the breakout rooms was too frequent and sometime learnt more for the group chat

Enjoyed the course and whilst it was a general overview of Copilot, the facilitator tried to make it relevant to our operation and involved us to get real life examples and uses.

Todays subjects have been very interesting. At times the course have felt a little intense.

Very good but whole day on Zoom can be tiring
