It was really interactive and relaxed, people were able to contribute easily. It would have been good to have a little more time thinking about how to adapt behaviours as well as identify them

I think it was a really good, course and there was plenty of preparation. The use of online materials, inc. Jamboard etc., was intuitive. Liked the randomised break out rooms. I think for me, some stuff wasn't applicable. For instance, I am required to constantly monitor emails for policy announcements and news to share with clients.

I think there may have been slightly too much time in breakout groups. I am not sure how much I learnt from others on the course that it warranted say 5min per breakout room when 3 min would do.

The main part of the course I found useful was lists as I don't do finance or charts but still very useful to learn
