The day was informative and the facilitator knowledgeable and engaging. I would have liked to the group work to be in the 4 as we were such a small group rather than breaking off into 2's as I feel we would have had richer and deeper discussion with more of us in the group. I enjoyed hearing about what other organisations do with examples from the facilitator and this gave good food for thought.

The first 2 were a little quick. If you ask us a question, leave us time to answer before moving onto the next interaction exercise. People were asking for more time/time to engage. It settled in the 3,4,5 sessions. Thank you Henry. I love your energy and commitment to your work. I will recommend Happy, and in fact did so re the zoom session.

Parts of the presentation were useful but the pace was fast. I recognise though there was a lot to go through

I definitely appreciate that teaching specific software / tech comes with a raft of challenges as each participant enters with a varying level of competence and assumptions can easily be made. So to keep the energy and direction of the training going is a real challenge. I thought Henry handled this extremely well and in addition kept everybody calm and focused when the inevitable software glitches appeared.
