I really enjoyed both sessions - thank you very much

I definitely appreciate that teaching specific software / tech comes with a raft of challenges as each participant enters with a varying level of competence and assumptions can easily be made. So to keep the energy and direction of the training going is a real challenge. I thought Henry handled this extremely well and in addition kept everybody calm and focused when the inevitable software glitches appeared.

Good course - thankyou. A course available on operations management would be useful as well!

Good day. My first learning event using zoom and whilst it has its limits, it has given me both reflections and plans to take away.

Helped to understand some of the things that I have learnt by experience over years. Added some clear guidance to do's and don'ts

Paul facilitated well especially considering not everyone had the full Visio software. He was flexible and responded to all our questions.
