Rachael did really well to make the content relatable and engaging. I always find a full day course very long as the day goes on and I did start to feel that towards the end. However, overall, I did pick up some useful info/tips.

Really good training, quite reflective and good conversation with team. Content was thought provoking and felt like a good and helpful level of academic without feeling overbearing.
