Great day- one of the most engaging courses I've ever attended. And i've attended many

useful and a couple of new ideas but hard to implement some of these when a lot of my job involves being reactive and responding to emails

Interesting lesson, would find this difficult in actual practice with the pressures of the NHS and the actual role specifically to myself
