Thought Paul involved us very well and created a very comfortable environment. The training was structured and clear in terms of the why.

I found the course very useful and learnt some new ways of using Copilot. It could possibly be run over a longer period of time as it felt rushed in some of the activities.

A better insight into managing tasks, sharing of ideas and a reflection on not overthinking. An opportunity to take a step back and examine my own techniques and other approaches I could be using to manage my workload which I will be implementing to experiment.

The facilitator was really good and made sure to include all of us in the session. I did have an issue with pacing however as for me it was quite slow and I felt it did not need to be 3.5 hours long. A lot of the stuff being taught was included in the more general SharePoint training and as I was told I needed that before coming onto the SuperUser training, it felt slightly tedious.
