It was great being in such a focused group and the day was facilitated well. The course content was structured effectively and the group work allowed for deeper understanding of the main concepts. All skills discussed are instantly applicable to my working projects and will support me in forming stronger project scopes with meaningful progress. Looking forward to part 2!

I have a better understanding of Excel now, however I have a Copilot license and I use this AI to produce the Gantt charts. The training gave me tips on using Excel however the spreadsheet was used which is useful and also a better understanding of the use of a Gantt chart for project management. However what I learnt and what I needed could have been covered in a couple of hours it didn't need all day. We weren't told in advance to have two screens, I don't have a monitor so that was a problem for me.

The training was very interactive which really embedded the actions required to deliver professional Teams Meetings using different Apps and functionality within MS Teams
