A good course, which allowed time to reflect during the day which helped cement the learning.

I would prefer an even simpler course as it was too quick for me and I need more practice in between learning new things. Not enough time!

Janet is good and structures it well. However, I was looking forward to difficult conversations and this was missed due to time so should have been managed better

The session was informative and useful, providing tools that could be used in everyday tasks, like RACI, 1:1 tips, objectives creation. Though I'd appreciate more information on team performance standards
