Sal was brilliant and was very thorough. She was exceptionally patient with me as I have almost no history of working with this computer system.
Great facilitator. Deborah was really clear and made the session very interactive. Room got very hot by midday.
I really liked the trainer, Paul Gapper. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease and able to share my thoughts and feelings. I valued being able to listen to the other participants and share ideas. Paul made everyone feel involved and that their contributions were valued.
Really enjoyed the practical style of learning, the opportunity to ask several questions, revisit and experiment. Got to try and make several attempts at various things.
