The course was great and Nicky explained it really well. I really enjoyed the fact that the course was interactive and I would highly recommend this course to any Manager/Coach/Mentor in any industry.

Overall the day was excellent. I would have liked to have had a quick look at any monitoring or evaluation technique suggestions but apart from that all was covered.
