I have been using excel for a while but had to google a lot of the things that I needed to do or copy old formulas. This course has given me some knowledge of how to do things on my own from start. It has given me the confidence I needed to try doing more on excel. Well done to Daphne , she is a a good facilitator, was fully involved and make sure everyone was given the support they needed.

Brilliant session, I learnt a lot and feel very happy I went. The teacher took time with all of us to explain everything properly. I feel I have gained a lot of knowledge.

A well structured and delivered workshop allowing time for conversation and review. This works for staff at all levels and, as a manager, offered considerations and insights that I can action and take forward.
